1. Description of Services

Jathikasampatha provides specialized consulting services in asset auditing and commercial real estate asset valuation globally. Services include detailed economic reports and educational courses on managing real estate investment funds. We do not provide personal financial or legal advice and do not guarantee specific investment outcomes.

2. Rights and Obligations

The User has the right to:

• Access purchased content and services.
• Receive reports and analyses in accordance with the contracted purpose.
• Cancel an order in accordance with the refund policy.

The User is obliged to:

• Provide accurate and verifiable information for services.
• Not redistribute or resell content that is our intellectual property.
• Use the services for legal purposes and in compliance with the agreement.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is". Jathikasampatha assumes no liability for direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages resulting from the use of the information or recommendations provided. Our valuations and reports are based on data provided by the client and standard professional methodologies; they do not constitute a guarantee of future market value.

4. Payment and Refund Terms

All prices are displayed in EUR and are exclusive of local taxes. Payments for personalized consulting services are due according to the issued invoice. Digital courses are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the materials have not been downloaded or extensively accessed. Fees for initiated personalized services are non-refundable.

5. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services, without prior notice, in case of violation of these terms. The User may terminate the use of services at any time by ceasing access to the platform. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and applicable law shall survive termination.

6. Modifications and Applicable Law

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated to existing users and will take effect upon posting on the site. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or in the competent courts of Bucharest.
